I am a fun and fabulous Gen X woman that was weird and wonderful from the beginning: adopted before it was “cool”, mixed race in a very white Guelph (circa 1970s), and both of my parents were philosophers. They raised me to think and form my own opinions, write well and become bilingual.

Professionally, I am known for facilitating and fostering positive and constructive working relationships by building consensus and leading with empathy and building people up. I am an experienced multi-sector leader that has worked in advertising and sales, government, postsecondary, and not for profit sectors. Regardless of her role and sector, she takes a strategic and holistic approach to empowering others and effecting sustainable institutional change by providing evidence-based and trusted advice to Executive teams on a wide range of matters related to organizational effectiveness, HR policies and change management programs.
